We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and our team.
Standard Cancellation Terms:
- Cancellations made 7 days or more before the check-in date: Full refund.
- Cancellations made within 3-6 days before check-in: 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 3 days before check-in or no-shows: No refund.
Peak Season & Holiday Periods:
- During peak seasons (e.g., festivals, long weekends, and holidays), cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in will be non-refundable.
Modifications:
- Date modifications are subject to availability and must be requested at least 7 days before check-in.
- Any rate difference due to season or room category will be applicable.
