• Cancellations made 7 days or more before the check-in date: Full refund.
• Cancellations made within 3-6 days before check-in: 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 3 days before check-in or no-shows: No refund.

Peak Season & Holiday Periods:

• During peak seasons (e.g., festivals, long weekends, and holidays), cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in will be non-refundable.

Modifications:

• Date modifications are subject to availability and must be requested at least 7 days before check-in.
• Any rate difference due to season or room category will be applicable.
